Signature Required
Your order will ship Via UPS. We will email you a tracking number when your order has shipped. All Items are delivered Signature Required unless requested otherwise.
P.O. Boxes
We use UPS ground service which does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you place and order to a P.O. Box it will be canceled. Please use an alternate address instead.
California Residents
The sale of taxable items (non- liquids) is prohibited for the time being, so if you are placing an order for non-liquid supplements, we regret that we can not ship your order. Thank you for your understanding.
Shipping Rates
Listed shipping rates are for Continental U.S. ONLY. Outside the Continental US and International orders will require additional shipping charges. Please call (800) 545 - 6546 for details.

Payment terms
We do not charge your credit card until 2 hours before shipping. We reserve the right to cancel or not sell orders. All initial orders must be paid via COD or credit card.
Order Info
We generally ship any order the day after we receive the order. There are times however when an order may not get shipped the day after the order is placed and below are some of the reasons that may account for this.
- Your account is not in good standing.
(Our accounts receivable department will contact you and notify you that your order will not be shipped).
- One of the products you have ordered is currently out of stock.
(A sales representative will contact you if this problem arises. ) - One of the third party shippers does not pick up the order for reasons out of the control of Precise Nutrition.
- When the order was placed the customer did not include a phone number and a sales representative was not able to reach the customer and verify what he wanted
Shipping Times
All orders will ship standard ground UPS within 48 hours of receiving purchase order. Most orders will be delivered within 3-5 business days of receiving your order but we cannot control shipping times of third parties shippers.

Return Policy
Please carefully inspect the merchandise immediately upon receipt. If any item does not meet your approval, simply return it to Precise Nutrition Inc. within 10-days for a refund. Return shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer. No returned parcels will be accepted freight collect or COD. Precise Nutrition Inc. is not responsible for returned merchandise that is damaged in shipping. Precise Nutrition Inc. reserves the right to refuse the merchandise, re-ship the merchandise to the customer, or charge a 25% restocking fee under the following conditions:
- The merchandise was received by Precise Nutrition Inc. after the 10-day trial period. (The 10 day period begins once the merchandise is received by or for the customer from the shipping carrier till the time that Precise Nutrition Inc. receives the merchandise back at its facilities.)
- The return authorization number was not written on the outside of the box.
- The merchandise was incomplete, damaged, used, worn, torn, broken or scratched.
- The merchandise was ordered by credit card and order was canceled after credit card was processed.
- The merchandise was ordered but delivery was refused by or for the customer.
90-Day Guarantee
The 90 day guarantee is for DSD distribution only and not for end users. We provide a 90-Day guarantee on every item that we manufacture. The guarantee begins on day of shipping and extends until we receive returned product. Returned product will only be received with a valid Returned Merchandise Authorization Number obtained from your sales representative.
Backorders
Sometimes back orders do occur. When an item is back ordered we will notify you immediately that there will be a delay and how long that delay will be.
