VITAL 4U OCTOBER 2026 PRODUCT GIVEAWAY — OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

The Vital 4U October 2026 Product Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Precise Nutrition Int'l, Inc., doing business as Vital 4U (“Sponsor”), California. Questions may be sent to orders@vital4u.com.

2. Promotion Period

The Sweepstakes begins when the official giveaway post is published on the Vital 4U YouTube Community page and ends at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time on October 18, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device.

3. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and immediate family or household members of Sponsor are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. How to Enter

During the Promotion Period, visit the official giveaway post on the Vital 4U YouTube Community page and post one comment answering: Which Vital 4U product would you try first—Screamin’ Energy, Screamin’ Energy Ultra, Liquid Energy, or the Vital 4U Vitamin Pack—and why? Limit one entry per person and YouTube account. Duplicate, automated, incomplete, inappropriate, or noncompliant entries are void. No purchase, subscription, like, share, or other payment or consideration is required.

Entries must comply with the YouTube Community Guidelines. Entries that do not comply will be disqualified.

5. Prizes

Three prizes will be awarded:

• Grand Prize: one $100 Vital 4U gift card.
• Second Prize: one $50 Vital 4U gift card.
• Product Prize: the winner will choose either (a) one eligible 12-pack Vital 4U energy product currently available on Vital4U.com, or (b) one Vital 4U Essential or Premium 30-Day Multivitamin supply. The Product Prize winner may also choose to receive one Vital 4U hat as an optional bonus.

The approximate total retail value of all prizes is up to $229.99. Gift cards will be delivered electronically to the email address provided by the applicable winner and may be used at Vital4U.com. Gift cards are subject to applicable gift card terms and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Sponsor will pay standard shipping for the Product Prize to an eligible U.S. address. Product selection is subject to availability, and Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

Energy products contain caffeine and other active ingredients. The Product Prize winner is responsible for reviewing product labels, warnings, ingredients, and directions and selecting a product appropriate for them. Consult a healthcare professional with any questions or concerns.

6. Winner Selection and Odds

On or about October 20, 2026, three potential winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. The first potential winner selected will be assigned the $100 gift card, the second will be assigned the $50 gift card, and the third will be assigned the Product Prize. A person may win no more than one prize. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.

Potential winners will be notified through a reply to the winning comment and/or a new post on the Vital 4U YouTube Community page.

Each potential winner must respond within 72 hours and may be required to confirm eligibility and provide a name, email address, and, for the Product Prize, a valid shipping address. If a potential winner does not respond in time, is ineligible, or cannot accept the assigned prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner for that prize. Vital 4U will never require a winner to pay money, shipping, taxes in advance, or any fee to claim a prize.

7. Privacy

Personal information collected from potential winners will be used only to verify eligibility, contact them, administer the Sweepstakes, and deliver prizes, unless a potential winner separately consents to another use. Information will be handled in accordance with the Vital 4U Privacy Policy.

8. General Conditions

Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process, acts disruptively, violates these Official Rules, or attempts to obtain an unfair advantage. Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or another event beyond Sponsor's reasonable control materially affects its administration or fairness. Federal, state, and local laws apply. Each winner is responsible for any taxes associated with accepting a prize.

9. YouTube Disclaimer and Release

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube. By entering, participants release YouTube from any and all liability related to the Sweepstakes. Participants understand that they are providing information to Sponsor, not to YouTube.
