Shipping Policy

FREE SHIPPING

Free Standard Shipping is available on selected products and pack sizes when “FREE SHIPPING” is shown on the product page or at checkout. Some sample packs also include shipping in the listed price. Eligibility is based on the items in your cart and the delivery address; the available rate will appear automatically at checkout.

STANDARD AND EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Available services, delivery estimates, and exact charges are shown at checkout. Standard shipments may be sent by USPS, and expedited shipments may be sent by FedEx. Carrier transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

SHIPPING TURNAROUND TIME

We do our best to ship qualifying orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, on the same business day when:

• The shipping address is valid and verified by the carrier.
• Payment has been received in full.
• The items are available for shipment.

Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on national holidays will typically ship on the next business day. Weather, carrier delays, inventory checks, and other factors outside our control may affect processing or delivery.

ALASKA AND HAWAII

Available services and charges are shown at checkout. Some addresses may require an additional shipping or handling charge. If that happens, we will contact you before releasing the order.

APO, FPO, AND P.O. BOXES

Orders sent to an APO, FPO, or P.O. Box must use an eligible USPS service. If a different service is selected, we may contact you about the required service and any price difference before releasing the order. If we do not receive a response within two business days, the order may be canceled and the payment voided.

OVERNIGHT SHIPPING

We do not offer overnight or next-day shipping. The fastest available service will be shown at checkout.

RETURNED AND REFUSED PACKAGES

If a package is returned to our facility as undeliverable, refused, sent to an incorrect or nonexistent address, or because the addressee moved without a forwarding address, we will refund the order amount less the shipping cost.

We use address verification and may contact you by email or phone if an address appears invalid. If we do not receive a response within two business days, the order may be canceled and the payment voided.

INTERNATIONAL AND U.S. TERRITORIES

We currently ship only within the 48 contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. We do not ship directly to Canada, Mexico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or other U.S. territories. Vital 4U is not responsible for packages lost, damaged, or undeliverable after delivery to a freight-forwarding company.

SHIPPING PROTECTION
