Return Policy

30 Day Return Policy

Our return policy is valid up to 30 days from the purchase date of your order. Please inspect all merchandise immediately upon receipt.  If any item does not meet your approval for any reason you must complete a return request through our returns portal. Click here to visit our Returns Portal page. 

The returned merchandise must be returned within 30 days or the system will not allow you to create the return.

To return your order, your product must meet the following criteria:

  1. The product is unused and unopened
  2. The container is undamaged and in its original condition as received
  3. The lot # matches what was sent to you (if mismatched, no refund will be provided)

Please Note: If your product doesn't meet one or all of these criteria, you will be subject to additional fees that will be deducted from your refund at our discretion. Fees include but are not limited to: handling fee, repacking fee, restocking fee. 

IMPORTANT: By using our Return Portal you are authorizing the cost of the return shipment to be deducted from your refund amount.

Gifts with purchases - Free or discounted items shipped as promotional gifts with purchase must be returned along with the qualifying item in original condition. The retail value of the gifts with purchase not returned with the qualifying item will be deducted from the refund or credit amount.

*Refund amount will reflect the amount of product returned. If product packaging needs to be replaced, you may be subject to a repacking fee. Return shipping charges are assumed by the customer. Package must be postmarked within 30 Days of receipt of product to be eligible for refund. No exceptions.

Return Procedure 

    1. Visit our Returns Portal
    2. Enter your Order # and Zip code to verify your order
    3. Select the item(s) you would like to return
    4. Choose the return reason 
    5. Click "Submit Request" button
    6. Click "Print Return Label" and follow instructions for returning your items 

We will inspect the product and determine the appropriate refund amount based on condition and quantity of items returned. Refunds are generally issued within 2-3 business days of receipt.

Can I exchange an item?

We do not accept product exchanges at this time, only returns. If you would like a different product, you will need to begin the returns process and make a new purchase for the items you would like. 

Do you offer prepaid returns?

No, our system will help you create a return label that you can place on the package to return your merchandise without a credit or debit card payment required. However, the cost of the shipping label will be deducted from your refund if your returns qualifies for one. By using our Returns Portal, you are authorizing the cost of the return shipment to be deducted from your refund amount. 

What if I was shipped the wrong product(s)?

That's our bad! We will replace the wrongly shipped items free of charge. First, we will verify that the product that was shipped compared to what was ordered was shipped to you incorrectly. If we determine based on the order information that we shipped you the wrong item(s), we will work with you to replace the items immediately as well as have the incorrectly shipped items returned to us.

What's your refund timeline?

After your return arrives at our facility, your refund will be processed in 3 business days or less. Depending on your banking institution, you should see your refund credited to your account in 2-5 business days.
