ALASKA & HAWAII

Service to Alaska and Hawaii is limited to our negotiated rates for FedEx One-Rate® 2-Day or USPS Priority live rate (if shippig to a P.O. Box).

Some addresses in these states may be subject to an additional shipping and handling surcharge of up to $15.00. We will contact you immediately if the address you provided requires additional fees.

APO, FPO & P.O. BOXES

If you provide us with a ship to address that is an APO, FPO or P.O. Box, the only service that we will use for these address types is USPS Priority. If you select any shipping service that is not USPS Priority when you provide a APO, FPO or P.O. Box as your ship to address, Vital 4U shipping staff will automatically ship the order via USPS Priority to ensure delivery.

PLEASE NOTE: If you select a shipping service that is not USPS Priority, you will be responsible for the price difference if USPS Priority service is more than the service you selected. We will contact you to notify you of the price difference amount. Once the price difference has been paid for we will release your order. If you do not reply to our contact attempts within 48 hours or if you do not agree to pay for the price difference your order will be canceled.

OVERNIGHT SHIPPING

Overnight shipping** is offered as a service to all customers. All charges for overnight shipping is assumed by the customer and next-day delivery is not guaranteed. The rates provided for expedited shipping are direct quotes from the Shipping Carrier and not calculated by Vital4U.com.

RETURNED & REFUSED PACKAGES POLICY

If your package was returned to our facility for one of the reasons listed below, we will automatically refund your order amount less the shipping cost. No exceptions. Return reasons that meet these criteria are:

  • Undeliverable
  • Return to Sender
  • Refused
  • Address does not exist or is incorrect
  • The Addressee has moved without providing a forwarding address

Our system uses an automatic address verification system and will prevalidate the address you provided for your order. If the address shows as "invalid" we will contact you via email and/or by phone to confirm your shipping address specifics prior to releasing your order. If we do not receive a response from you within 2 business days, we will cancel the order and void the payment.


INTERNATIONAL, VIRGIN ISLANDS & OTHER U.S. TERRITORIES

Service to any location that is not located within the 48 contiguous United States, Alaska or Hawaii is not available. This includes Canada and Mexico as restricted shipping locations. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Route™ Package Protection

We’ve partnered with Route—a package protection and tracking solution—to give our customers the best possible delivery experience. Route provides low-cost shipping protection to protect your package in the event that it gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.
Route is also a mobile app that allows you to visually track all of your online orders in one place. No need to dig through your email for tracking numbers. Route’s dynamic maps and real-time shipping updates keep you in the loop throughout every part of your delivery. The Route app is available on Android and Apple app stores.

How Does Route Work?

If your Route-protected order ends up lost, damaged, or stolen, Route’s expert support team helps ensure that your order gets replaced or refunded as preferred. Claims will be reviewed for approval within 1-2 business days from filing.

When Should I file a Claim?

Marked As Delivered (Stolen)

  • Claims will be reviewed no earlier than 5 calendar days and no later than 15 calendar days from when it was marked delivered.
  • Please note, some order issues may require a police report to be filed.

Stuck In Transit (Lost)

  • For domestic orders, claims will be reviewed no earlier than 2 calendar days and no later than 30 calendar days from the last update. The maximum filing time is 365 days from the order date.

Damaged

  • Claims for damaged items require photos of the packaging and item(s) and must be filed no later than 15 calendar days from when it was marked delivered.

What if My Order Arrives Damaged?

Route covers damage as well! To protect your order against damage that occurred during shipping, add Route Protect at checkout.

If your order has arrived to you damaged, please take photos of the item and the packaging it arrived in to include in your claim when filing.

If your order has defects or you suspect it was damaged during manufacturing, please reach out to us and we will be happy to work with you to remedy the situation.

How Do I File a Claim for my Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Order?

If you insured your order with Route at checkout, you will receive a confirmation email from Route with a link to file a shipping issue.
You can also file a shipping issue on Route’s app or via the web here. To file a claim, you will need your store order number OR Route ID number and the email address that was attached to the order.
