NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor
The Vital 4U Product Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Precise Nutrition Int'l, Inc., doing business as Vital 4U (“Sponsor”), California. Questions may be sent to orders@vital4u.com.
2. Promotion Period
The Sweepstakes begins when the official giveaway post is published on the Vital 4U YouTube Community page on July 25, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time on August 1, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device.
3. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and immediate family or household members of Sponsor are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
4. How to Enter
During the Promotion Period, visit the official giveaway post on the Vital 4U YouTube Community page and post one comment answering: Which Vital 4U product would you choose, and what would you use it for? Limit one entry per person and YouTube account. Duplicate, automated, incomplete, inappropriate, or noncompliant entries are void. No purchase, subscription, like, share, or other payment or consideration is required.
Entries must comply with the YouTube Community Guidelines. Entries that do not comply will be disqualified.
5. Prize
One winner will choose either (a) one eligible 12-pack Vital 4U energy product currently available on Vital4U.com, or (b) one Vital 4U Essential or Premium 30-Day Multivitamin supply. The winner may also choose to receive one Vital 4U hat as an optional bonus. Approximate retail value of the prize is up to $79.99, depending on the winner's selection. Sponsor will pay standard shipping to an eligible U.S. address. No cash alternative is available. Product selection is subject to availability, and Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
Energy products contain caffeine and other active ingredients. The winner is responsible for reviewing product labels, warnings, ingredients, and directions and selecting a product appropriate for them. Consult a healthcare professional with any questions or concerns.
6. Winner Selection and Odds
On or about August 3, 2026, one potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. The potential winner will be notified through a reply to the winning comment and/or a new post on the Vital 4U YouTube Community page.
The potential winner must respond within 72 hours and may be required to confirm eligibility and provide a name, email address, and valid shipping address. If the potential winner does not respond in time, is ineligible, or cannot accept the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner. Vital 4U will never require a winner to pay money, shipping, taxes in advance, or any fee to claim this prize.
7. Privacy
Personal information collected from the winner will be used only to verify eligibility, contact the winner, administer the Sweepstakes, and deliver the prize, unless the winner separately consents to another use. Information will be handled in accordance with the Vital 4U Privacy Policy.
8. General Conditions
Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process, acts disruptively, violates these Official Rules, or attempts to obtain an unfair advantage. Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or another event beyond Sponsor's reasonable control materially affects its administration or fairness. Federal, state, and local laws apply. The winner is responsible for any taxes associated with accepting the prize.
9. YouTube Disclaimer and Release
This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube. By entering, participants release YouTube from any and all liability related to the Sweepstakes. Participants understand that they are providing information to Sponsor, not to YouTube.
