We purchase shipping protection on all of our orders with Vital4U. $3.00 is well worth the price to insure our order in the event of a non-delivery for whatever reason. The cost is well-worth the peace of mind.
Hi Edward, thank you for sharing your experience! We're glad the shipping protection gives you peace of mind. We appreciate your support and look forward to serving you again!

Product is great. Had a snafu trying to use rewards and reached out via email and never heard back, which was frustrating. Otherwise, fairly happy longtime customer.
Hi there, thank you for your positive feedback! We apologize for the delay in responding to your rewards inquiry. We're glad you're happy with the product and appreciate your loyalty. Please feel free to reach out again if you need further assistance!
