Everything Shipping

Place your order Monday through Friday before 3 PM PST and we will ship it out the very same day, carefully packed and sent straight to your door. We pride ourselves on fast, reliable fulfillment so you are never left waiting. Most customers receive their order within just 2 to 3 days, and even in slower situations it typically arrives right on schedule. When you order from us, you can count on speed, consistency, and a smooth delivery experience every time.

When does my package ship?

Order Monday through Friday before 3 PM PST and your Sample Pack ships out the same day. Most customers have it in hand within two days, and even during slower transit times it usually arrives within three days.

Overnight Shipping?

Can I pay to have my order overnight?

We do not offer overnight or expedited shipping at this time. All orders are processed and shipped using our standard shipping methods. While we work hard to get every order out quickly and most customers receive their packages within a few business days, we are unable to guarantee next day delivery. If you have any questions about shipping times before placing your order, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to help.

Do You Ship Saturday or Sunday?

We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Orders are processed and shipped on regular business days only. Any orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday will be processed on the next business day.

What is your return policy?

Are you willing to help me?

Yes we are. Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. You refund the amount paid minus shipping and any repacking fee. We are always willing to work with you to ensure you get the product you want and the right amounts.
